Scan a barcode, search by name or tap the product grid. Park a ticket while you serve the next customer and pick it up again. If the browser closes, the open ticket is still there.
Shifts and cash under control
Each shift opens with a float and closes with a cash count, so differences show up the same day. Cashiers sign in with their own PIN.
Managers see every register
See which registers are open, who is on them and how the day is going, live, without calling the store.
Promotions applied at the till
With Promotions, percentage or fixed discounts apply automatically by date, product or customer group, and a cashier override needs a reason.
Stock that matches the shelf
With Inventory, every sale takes stock from the store where it was made, so reorders start from real numbers.
Questions people ask
Does the POS print fiscal receipts?
Not yet. Fiscal device integration is not available, so if your business must issue fiscal receipts, keep using your certified fiscal cash register alongside Keel Sync.
What hardware do I need?
A tablet or PC with an up-to-date browser and an internet connection. Add a barcode scanner if you sell packaged goods.
Does the till work without internet?
No, the till needs a connection. If the browser closes in the middle of a sale, the open ticket is recovered when it reopens.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Point of sale is priced per store, each with up to 5 registers, and stock is tracked per store.
